Our shipping policy offers free standard shipping on all orders. This offer is valid for customers within the United States. For international customers, shipping will be at your own expense. Usually takes 3-5 business days for products to arrive after shipping.
Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
All Orders that are lost or severely damaged due to shipping WILL NEED TO HAVE A CLAIM FILED VIA UPS! No Exceptions. In order to to be Reimbursed Fresh Carbonfiber will open a claim with UPS to investigate the issue AND to be reimbursed for the product that was insured. UPS Claim Investigations can take up to 2 weeks to be resolved. If the claim takes longer than 14 BUSINESS days, we will refund you prior to UPS completing their claim
Warranty Information
The Information You Need to Know
Our products come with a limited warranty for manufacturing defects of 1 month. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you discover a defect, please contact us for instructions on how to return the product for inspection. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in our products.
